Yesterday's Meals

Breakfast - oatmeal w. flaxseed, wheat germ, blueberries, walnuts, and vanilla protein powder
Snack - apple & PB
Lunch - lentils & rice, applesauce, kiwi, banana tofu
Snack - apple & PB
Snack - granola bar
Dinner - whole wheat tortillini, steamed edemame beans
